  • Creating competitive tension to achieve full value: Our deal teams execute an organized, disciplined, and efficient “auction” process to create competition. Additionally, we are able to leverage our broad relationship networks and expansive proprietary databases to access Zions’ many longstanding relationships with a wide range of potential investors and buyers. This network includes bank customers, specialty finance companies, asset managers, family offices, and private equity firms.
